Learn how to run properly, fuel, stretch, and move the body. You will be inspired and motivated to understand the overall benefits and joy of running as well as gain insight into nutrition and wellness. You will not only participate in fun challenges and opportunities, but will also be able to keep journals to help track, document, monitor, assess, and reflect on personal milestones and achievements.
